1. G.C.E (O/L) OR an equivalent qualification

2. Completion of NVQ Level 03

Women who are members of “Mother Support Groups” (it should be confirmed by public health
midwives).

• Course Fee;: Rs. 40,000.00
• Application Fee: Rs. 500.00

Payment can be made at any branch of the People’s Bank in island wide using the bank deposit slip.

Applicants are requested to submit the completed application form along with the copy of the relevant documents (Bank deposit slip, result sheets and employment letters) during office hours of Centre for Open and Distance Learning (08.30 am to 04.15 pm) directly or by registered post to the following address on or before 15/01/2025 (Late submission will not be entertained).
